1. Who we are

Kiddo.Money is a brand of Pecuniam Technologies Private Limited (“Pecuniam”, “we”, “us” or “our”). Pecuniam Technologies Private Limited states that it is an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor.

2. Information we collect

If you choose to submit the enquiry form, we may receive:

• Your name and email address, and your mobile number if you choose to provide it.
• Your education-planning estimate and the assumptions used to calculate it, which may include the child's age, target age, selected education type, estimated current education cost, existing savings, assumed education-cost inflation and assumed annual return.
• Your service-request consent and, only if you select it, your separate optional marketing consent.
• Technical and submission information that may be processed by our website hosting, security and form service providers, such as request and diagnostic data.

The calculator can be used without submitting the form. Calculator entries are processed in your browser; if you submit the form after calculating, the estimate summary and assumptions shown above may be included in the submission. Please do not include children's names, school names, identity numbers, account details or other unnecessary sensitive information.

3. Why we use the information

We use submitted information to send or respond to the estimate or enquiry you requested, communicate with you about that request, maintain and protect the service, prevent spam or misuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. We use your information for occasional educational or marketing updates only if you separately opt in. You can withdraw marketing consent or unsubscribe at any time.

4. Service providers and sharing

Our website is hosted or delivered using Cloudflare Workers, and our enquiry form uses Formspree to process submissions and send email notifications. Information submitted through the form is sent to Formspree and may be stored in its dashboard as well as delivered to our configured notification email. These providers may process technical information as part of delivering, securing and operating their services.

We may disclose information where necessary to service providers acting for us, to comply with law, or to protect our rights and the security of the service.

5. Retention

We aim to retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice and to meet applicable legal obligations. For enquiries that do not result in a client relationship, our current policy is to retain enquiry information for up to 12 months from the last meaningful interaction, unless it is no longer needed earlier. We may retain information for longer where necessary to comply with law, maintain required business records, resolve disputes, protect the service or establish or defend legal claims. We will take reasonable steps to delete or securely dispose of information when it is no longer required, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Our service providers may retain copies according to their own terms and settings. In particular, Formspree's submission history and deletion options depend on the plan and settings in use. We will verify and manage those settings separately; the 12-month period is our policy for enquiry records under our control and does not mean every provider copy is retained for exactly that period. Client records may be subject to separate retention requirements.

6. Security

We use third-party services to deliver the website and process submissions. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Access to submitted enquiries should be limited to people who need it to respond to you. Please contact us promptly at hello@pecuniam.in if you believe your information has been used improperly.

7. Your choices and requests

You can contact us at hello@pecuniam.in to ask about the personal information you submitted, request correction or deletion where applicable, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or unsubscribe from marketing. We may need to verify your request before acting and may retain information where required by law. We will respond in accordance with applicable requirements.

8. Children

This website is intended for parents and guardians planning for a child's education, not for children to submit their own contact details. A parent or guardian should complete the enquiry form. We do not ask for a child's name or direct contact details.

9. Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 (Google LLC) to understand how visitors use the website, such as which pages are visited and general traffic sources. Google Analytics may use cookies or similar technologies and process technical information such as device/browser details, approximate location derived from IP address, and online identifiers. We use this information to measure and improve the website; we do not intentionally send names, contact details, children’s details, or calculator inputs/financial assumptions to Google Analytics. Google may process data in accordance with its own terms and privacy policy. You can learn more at Google’s Privacy Policy and manage or block cookies through your browser settings. We will review applicable consent and notice requirements and update this section before adding advertising pixels or other marketing trackers. Cloudflare may also process technical logs to deliver and secure the service.

10. Blog and educational content

The Kiddo.Money blog publishes general educational articles. Reading an article does not create an adviser-client relationship and articles are not tailored to your financial situation. Links to external resources are provided for context; we do not control their content or privacy practices.

11. Updates and complaints
